On March 27, 2026, at Universidad APEC (UNAPEC), we experienced a unique culinary journey during the India Cultural Encounter.- Glimpses of the Indian Cooking Show, Indian Cuisine Competition, Awards Ceremony, and Holi Celebrations at INDIA: Traditions, Colours and Flavours, organised by the Embassy of India in collaboration with UNAPEC on 27 March.
